 Please contact our office by phone or email to make your dental appointment or to answer any questions you may have on your dental care.  Our experienced dental Staff will assist you in making the most convenient appointment time for your dental visit.  We also care for  emergency dental appointments, and welcome you to our dental practice regardless of your dental needs.

Office Hours

Dr. Steinmetz, Dr. Crawford and their dental Staff care for their patients' dental needs Tuesday-Friday and by specialized appointment times for those emergency patients.  Our experienced dental Staff is in the office during other times in the workweek to facilitate the needs of our patients.

Financial Options for Dental Treatment

We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your dental benefits. We will do everything we can to help you find the payment option that works with your financial obligations.   For patients who require a more involved treatment plan, we offer an optional payment schedule that is completed throughout your dental treatment plan .

For your convenience, our office accepts check, cash, Mastercard, Visa, Discover and Health Savings forms of payment.

We additionally work with Carecredit (www.carecredit.com) a nationally known financial institution which makes convenient interest free payment options for up to 12 months!  Please ask our Financial Coordinator the payment options that are available for your dental treatment. 

 Orthodontic Payment Plans are available and set to extend the course of the orthodontic treatment for your convenience!

Cancellation Policy

We strive to accomodate the most convenient appointment time for your dental visit.  As a courtesy we ask that if you are unable to keep your dental appointment, that you kindly provide us with  24 hours notice.  A fee may be charged if you do not provide notice for your dental appointment you have reserved.
